Wonder Gigi dominates a villain and shuts him in a closet while she runs another errand. When she returns to take him to jail, she discovers that he has freed himself and sneaks up behind and chloroforms the blonde beauty. She awakes to find a shock collar around her neck and must do the criminals bidding or get electrocuted.
